Piper Moffatt is a longstanding supporter of MCHS, and is engaged in offering her management and business expertise combined with her passion to give animals a strong “voice” and compassionate treatment by helping MCHS save more animals and educating the public on the proper care of pets. She has held several senior positions with the Export-Import Bank of the United States, the U.S. Department of Commerce, as well as with an international trade/investment consulting firm. Recently retired, she most recently served as Vice President for International Relations and as Vice President for the Export Credit Insurance Division for the Export-Import Bank. Piper holds an MBA degree in Finance and Investments and a MA in Information Systems from George Washington University and a BA in economics from the University of Miami. She lives in Potomac with her husband and two rat terriers.
