Animals at the MCHS Private Rescue Facility

The MCHS Rescue Animals can be seen at our private rescue facility located at: 607 Stonestreet Avenue, Rockville MD 20850. 

These animals can be seen Monday-Friday from noon-7pm and Saturday and Sunday from noon-5pm. The rescue is closed on Wednesdays. No appointment necessary! Please call 240.453.9401 for further questions.

"Shelter Cats", "Shelter Dogs" and "Other Shelter Animals" can be visited at the Montgomery County Animal Shelter located at 14645 Rothgeb Drive, Rockville, MD.

All MCHS shelter animals are listed on Pet Harbor where you can see animals that come in as strays or give-ups. Please call 240.773.5960 during business hours with further questions.

We have many adoptable dogs, cats, and small animals available for adoption through our Foster Care Program. Contact the pet's foster parent to learn more about it and to arrange a visit.
